The Tres-Trois Cigar
By Hall of Fame Slugger Larry Walker.
The Tres-Trois cigar is handmade and hand rolled in the Dominican by San Giuseppe Cigars from the finest tobacco, and was catered specifically to Larry's tastes. The Tres-Trois cigar measures 6" with a 52 Gauge and has a San Andres Wrapper, Ecuadorian Binder, and Dominican/Equadorian filler. The Cigar is a full bodied Toro with a spicy and bold flavor, and even burn. Just the way Larry likes it.
Larry derived the cigar's name by combining his lucky number, 33, in Spanish and French. The cigar comes in a handmade home plate box adorned in purple & gold, stamped with Larry's Signature. Each box holds 10 cigars. Each of the first 100 boxes contain a hand signed and #'d Larry Walker tobacco card.
Celebrate life's special moments just like the Canadian Clubber does!
Larry retired in 2006 with a .313 career batting average, seven gold gloves, five All-Star game appearances, three batting titles, three silver sluggers, and an MVP award. Larry is one of only 19 hitters in baseball history to retire with a .300 batting average, .400 on-base percentage (OBP), and .500 SLG with at least 5,000 plate appearances.
In 1997, Walker hit .366 with 49 home runs, 130 RBI, 208 hits, 143 runs scored, 33 stolen bases, .720 slugging percentage, 1.172 OPS, 409 total bases and 9.8 WAR. He won the NL MVP Award, thus becoming the first Canadian player to win the MVP in Major League Baseball. He remains the only player in major league history to have a .700 slugging percentage (SLG) and steal 30 bases in the same season.
In 2020, Larry became the second Canadian inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame joining Ferguson Jenkins. Ironically Larry's favorite number and jersey number was 33 and he was the 333rd person inducted. Both are avid cigar smokers and the only Baseball Hall of Famers to have there own signature cigar.
